Frameless glass balustrading, pool fences and gates.

Frameless glass is a stylish alternative. It is a free standing glass system with very few or no vertical metal members. This provides the features of unobstucted views and maximum light.

The minimum thickness is 10mm toughened safety glass but we recommend 12mm for our frameless system. Regulation heights for pool fencing is 1200mm. Balustrading above floor level is now required to have a handrail fitted so that in the event of glass failure, the rail will act as a barrier preventing people from falling or walking through.

When gates are required to be incorporated in the fencing we have various patch fittings available.Pool gates are also subject to codes and regulations.

Framed glass fencing.

Framed glass pool fencing is available in 10mm toughened safety glass. Aluminium posts are available in a square or round shape and various colours are available to choose from. The glass required for this system is 10mm toughened safety glass. The regulations are the the same as for the frameless system.

Frameless glass with clamps.

Various chrome and stainless steel clamps are available which are becoming inceasingly popular. These fittings and clamps are core drilled into existing concrete or paving or mounted on to wooden decking. The glass is then manufactured with the required holes to be connected to these fittings.

Curved Glass

A wonderful alternative to stright glass is the curved glass panels which we can utilise on balustrading and pool fencing. These are toughened glass panels specifically odered from a particular supplier who specialises in curved glass.
